Visiting our store
We will be offering a Click’N’Collect service 10am to 4pm Monday 16th to Friday 20th August
If you require a product, call and make a booking or remain in your car, (you can drive into our car park) we can serve you from there.
For small products, we will be able to select the products for you, then you will be able to make contactless card payment outside the store. No cash.
Practice social distancing, please keep a minimum 1.5m apart, wear a mask.
Lay-by and repairs
Call and book an appointment for your bike pickup.
We will have your bike ready for collection, quarantined and disinfected.
Lay-by balances can be paid via direct deposit 24 hours before you collect your bike, the details are already on your lay-by receipt. You can make a contactless card payment outside the store.
Repair drop-offs
Call and book a service date in advance
Please clean your bike thoroughly.
Pick up or delivery service
Free for 2536 and a small fee for customers outside 2536, we will collect and deliver your bike. Call for details.
