We have new rules in place to keep you safe, manage our business and to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Appointments, lay-by and repairs
Call and book an appointment for your bike pickup.
We will have your bike ready for collection, quarantined and disinfected.
Lay-by balances can be paid via direct deposit 24 hours before you collect your bike, the details are already on your lay-by receipt. You can make a contactless card payment in our store.
Repair drop-offs
Call and book a service date in advance or bring your bike to the drop zone beside our store.
Please clean your bike thoroughly. If your bike is not clean, we will charge a $20 washing fee.
Pick up or delivery service
For a small fee, we will collect and deliver your bike. Call for details.
Visiting our store
For small products, we will be allowing a maximum of 4 customers in our store with contactless card payment only. No cash.
Don’t handle our products and ask for assistance.
Practice social distancing, please keep a minimum 1.5m apart, cough into a sleeve, use disinfectant, and do not come into our workplace if you are sick.
If you are an at-risk individual and require a product, call and make a booking or remain in your car, (you can drive into our car park) we can serve you from there.
