Shipping Policy

• Standard registered mail $10
• Express registered mail $20
• Bikes & bulky items are “Pick up in store only”
• “Pick up in store” is available as an option at checkout
• All clothing, parts and accessories will be sent in Australia Post satchels where applicable
• Our goal is to have your order sent within 24 hours of placement, with exclusions for the weekend and public holidays. For estimated transit time, please see Australia Post’s website
• If you receive damaged goods, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery to arrange replacement/refund/exchange –
• We do not freight/ship Co2 product, pick up in store only

Return Policy

• Customer may return Products for an exchange or store credit of the purchase price (not including initial shipping charges).
• The Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition.
• If the Product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement, repair, gift card or refund will be issued.
• Customer shall arrange for and pay return shipping expenses.
