Call to book an appointment
You will need to wear a mask, sanitise your hands, scan the store QR code, show proof of full vaccination before entering the store.
*Offering an Outside Call or Click’N’Collect service 9am to 5pm Monday, 9 to 3pm Saturdays
You may wear a mask, scan the store QR code.
For small products, we will be able to select the products for you, then you will be able to make contactless card payment outside the store. No cash please.
*Lay-by and Repairs
Call and book an appointment for your bike pickup
We will have your bike racked outside for collection, and sanitised.
Lay-by balances/Repairs can be paid via direct deposit 24 hours before you collect your bike, the details are already on your receipt. You can make a contactless card payment outside the store.
Repair drop-offs
Call and book a service date in advance
Please clean your bike thoroughly. Park your bike in our customer bike rack out front.
Pick up or delivery service
Free for 2536 and a small fee for customers outside 2536, we will collect and deliver your bike. Call for details.
